“CUIB is a unique place in the city of Iași that opened 9 years ago. It is the first and (still) the only restaurant that guides under the principles of care towards environment and community. Therefore, to sum up our values, we would choose these three words: voluntary simplicity, community, circularity”

The design theme came naturally: nothing without a well defined purpose was added. With time, the ceiling will grow green contouring the space with comestible plants. Part of the existing furniture was refurbished and where there was possible, we used materials that can be repaired.
